Raffia Buckle Mules - Sizing

I ordered a Size 6 having already purchased a different pair of mules previously and that pair fitted me perfectly however this pair were not a Size 6 more like a Size 8!!!!

The size on the shoe showed it to be a 39 so they hadn’t sent me the wrong size.

Don’t know what is going on with their Manufacturer but they need to be putting the correct sizing on the shoe.

I’m still waiting for my return postage to be repaid as I don’t see why I should be liable for something that is not the fault of the customer.
