Customer Service Online Advisor

Terms: Part-time / 16 hours per week 

Shifts:  Evening & weekend cover

Location: Remote 

Hourly rate: Subject to experience & confirmed during the interview process 

About the role:

Never Fully Dressed, the brand known for bold prints in statement colours, creative styling and inclusive sizing are looking for a full-time online Customer Service Advisor to join the team.

 We are looking for someone who is a great communicator, with a natural flair for multitasking.

The candidate must be passionate about delivering amazing customer service and maintain a professional and friendly manner throughout every customer contact, ensuring customers receive a swift and knowledgeable response.

Responsibilities:

  1. Online customer support, answering questions via our multichannel platform, including email, WhatsApp, and live chat. This role will also involve dealing with customer enquiries by telephone and social media.
  2. Ensuring social media is monitored while on shift
  3. Covering the online personal shopping function via live chat
  4. Opening investigations with external partners to resolve customer enquiries
  5. Adding investigation data to communal spreadsheets
  6. Making decisions on problems raised
  7. Responding to customer reviews

Candidate requirements:

  1. Experience in a customer service role
  2. Strong written and verbal communication skills
  3. An eye for style and can offer styling advice to customers
  4. A team player who is happy to support colleagues and work together to ensure the smooth running of the department
  5. Good decision-making skills
  6. Problem-solver with a proactive approach to overcoming challenges
  7. Multitasking, ensuring multiple channels are covered and responded to
  8. Flexibility around shift pattern
