 This July we collaborated with the Big Mamma Group to raise awareness for The Felix Project.

What Is The Felix Project?

The Felix Project collects fresh, nutritious food that cannot be sold and delivers it to a network of over 1,000 community organisations and schools across London, who support people facing food insecurity. In 2023 they rescued over 13,000 tonnes of surplus that would’ve otherwise gone to landfill. This equated to over 32 million meals given to 1,119 community organisations and over 170 schools across every London borough. 50% of that ended up at organisations supporting those living in the top fifth most deprived areas in London.

Big Mamma X NFD 

Our amazing design team created a range of pieces that were worn by the lovely Big Mamma staff through the whole of July as well as our charity tee which is available for you via our website! 

NFD X Big Mamma Tee

In collaboration with the Big Mamma Group, to celebrate Circolo Poplare's 5th birthday we created a charity tee! Made from 100% cotton and designed with an homage to Italy by the BM squadra. On the reverse, a funky hand-drawn sketch of Big Mamma's take on an ancient Roman bust, and on the front a Sicilian lemon doodle to have you yelling ‘Signora i limoniiiiiii!!!’ to any forgetful amici! 

Whilst to ensure this tee does good whilst looking good, £10 of every t-shirt sold is donated to the The Felix Project. So far we've sold 150 tees and raised £1500 for the charity however there are still a few available so be sure to get one before they're gone!

Big Mamma Uniform & Striped Collars

 While our NFD X Big Mamma navy uniforms weren't available for our customers we launched our striped collars that were worn by the staff at all BM locations during July and are now available on our website! They are the perfect accessory to add that touch of NFD flare to a simple outfit! 

Circolo Popolare Festival T-Shirt

The NFD x BM festival shirt was designed for the lovely Circolo Popolare hosts during the Taste Of London event and at the upcoming Lost Village festival where they will also be handing out our collaboration fans to lucky customers!
